Internal Block Walls & Rough Surfaces
For manual application add to the mixing container 7.5-8.5 litres of water for each 25 Kg bag of Vetonit Base WR EG. For Spray machine application use 9.5-10.0 litres of water for each 25 kg bag. Add the powder to the water and mix with a mechanical plaster mixer or low speed electric drill fitted with a suitable paddle for 3-4 minutes, until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved. Allow the mixed material to stand for about 10 minutes and remix briefly with no further water should be added.
Smooth Concrete Surfaces
Add 0.5 litres of Vetonit Bond 2 to the mixing water and adjust the water requirement accordingly for each 25 kg bag. Follow same mixing procedure as described above.
