Free-flowing pre-baged non-shrink cementitious cable grout
Vetogrout CG513 is a single component cementitious grout composed of blended cements, special additives and fillers to enable fluid consistency and smooth free flow of grout in demanding anchoring and post tensioning applications. The product once mixed with the designated amount of water will form a fluid grout that is either pourable or pumpable through small openings to long distances using Saveto recommended grout pumping equipment.

Original sealed kits of Vetogrout CG513 has a shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored clear of ground in a dry and shaded place.
Mixing
Measure and pour 7.5 to 8.25 liters of clean water to a suitable sized bucket, then slowly add the powder of one full bag of 25 kg size to the bucket while mixing using a slow speed mixer fitted with a suitable mixing paddle. Continue mixing for an additional 3 minutes till a uniform lump free consistency is reached.
Allow the grout to mature for 1 minutes prior to pouring, for larger quantities it is recommended to use a pan forced action mixer, do not use free fall mixers.
Place Vetogrout CG513 by pouring into designated application area in a continuous manner and do not allow air pockets to develop. The pouring should be within a maximum of 20 minutes after mixing.
Where grout pumps are used for duct grouting, it is recommended to place the whose as deep as possible into the duct, start the pumping process and then slowly retract the hose insuring that pumped material is pushing the air out of duct.
Cleaning
Vetogrout CG513 should be removed from tools and equipment with Vetonit Solvent XX400 immediately after use. Cured material can be removed mechanically.
The area / duct to be grouted shall be cleaned with water before the application of Vetogrout CG513. Any free water must be drained.
Vetogrout CG513 Contains reins which may cause sensitization by skin contact. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and inhalation of vapor. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. Barrier creams provide additional skin protection. Should accidental skin contact occur, remove immediately with a resin removing cream, followed by soap and water. Do not use solvent. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice. If swallowed seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
Vetogrout CG513 is non-flammable.
